Templates

Creating a template : Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard, and click new. You will be prompted to upload your document. After uploading your preferred document, you can use the tools to create different fields for document users and signers. Simply drag and drop form the tools selection, and hit save when it is complete.



Searching for a template :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice



Enabling a Template :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save button, click the button with the gear Icon.

6. Toggle the selector that says "Enabled"



Require Authentication for a Template :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save" button, click the button with the gear Icon.

6. Toggle the selector that says "Requires authentication to fulfill"



Pin Template to Top of List :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save" button, click the button with the gear Icon.

6. Toggle the selector that says "Pin to top of list"



Setting Email Destinations for Templates:
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save" button, click the button with the gear Icon, and navigate to the details section.

6. In the email destination field, enter the desired emails and the click "save".



Establishing a Deadline for templates :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save button, click the button with the gear Icon, and navigate to the details section.

6. In the "final resolution deadline" field, enter the desired amount of days to your deadline, and the click "save".



Auto Assign users or Groups :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save button, click the button with the gear Icon, and navigate to the details section.

6. In the "auto assign user/group" field, enter the desired name or group, and the click "save".



Adding additional forms to template :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click edit.

5. At the top left, beside the "Save button, click the button with the gear Icon, and navigate to the details section.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the side panel and select from the forms available, and then click "save".



Creating QR codes for Templates :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click "QR Code". A QR code for your template will open in a new window.



Creating a Link for your Template:
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click "Get Link". A link to your template will be copied to your clipboard.



Renaming a Template:
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click "Rename".

5. in the following text field, rename your template and then click save.



Duplicating a Template:
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page you will see a search bar.

3. Type a key word from any existing templates you have created, and select the template of your choice.

4. Click the three dot button to the right of the status column, and from the choices. click "Duplicate".

5. The template editor will appear. Change the desired fields or leave them the same, and then click "save".



Editing the Number of Templates to be Shown :
1. Navigate to the templates section from your dashboard.

2. Near the top of the page and to the right of the search bar you will see a frop down that reads "10 per page" by default.

3. Click the dropdown and select the desired number of templates to be shown on the page.
